### [Better Marquee Stall Performance](https://gazeboprinting.com.au/better-marquee-stall-performance/)
**Published:** December 6, 2019

**Content:**
Business basics are needed to run a market stall. In fact, it’s a more personal business than many others.
You don’t need a degree in Retail or anything like that. But open your mind to education and get quality products that are tools of the trade, and not cheap gimmicks.
**How to Educate yourself:**
1. **Take notes on consumer patterns. *What****do people* browsing your stall look at more often; What do they remark upon; ***Where*** do they stand; Is there a dark corner they avoid; ***Which*** *products* do they pick up?
2. t doesn’t hurt to get some creative criticism, especially from your consumers. Don’t be afraid to ask them what they think of your stall and your products.
3. Take time to note what similar stalls like yours are doing. Walk around if you have the opportunity to observe what they do. But don’t follow. Instead, it’s better to think up of some other gimmick or promotion to beat the competition based on your observations.
**How to get more customers to your stall**
**Location, Location, Location**
The location of your market stall will make or break your business venture. Therefore select your market location well.
people go to different markets for different reasons and items – some for food, some for crafts, and some for antiques and some for new things..
Before you set up shop in a market gauge its suitability for you. You can visit beforehand as a customer or talk to the more experienced stall holders for their insights.
## Signage
Markets are competitive and you’ll need to get on the front foot of other stalls with a signage that points out what you’re selling.
Your signage should be clear, concise and professional. It will help customers to easily recognise and remember your brand. Besides, signage helps you delineate your brand from the neighbouring stalls who may be competitors. Printed marquee roofs, Printed marquee walls and Printed Table covers work great here.
## Product Mixer-er
Markets are frequented by bargain-hunters, looking for a bargain. And you as a stallholder needs to reel in and convert their cash to profit. In retail, they call this the “loss leader” – the heavily discounted product that gets them to your location.
Therefore, the secret is to have various price points that will attract more people to your stall and in the process bring in the spenders.
Here are some price suggestions:
- Bread and butter items. Low priced items to tempt the customers into buying
- Middle range. Unique yet affordable items to make the bulk of the income
- Highlight/investment items. The most expensive pieces are an icing on the cake
## Conclusion
Achieving your market stall success is achievable but needs effort. Just keep an open mind and continue looking for ways to develop; add that to some hard work and you’re sure to stand out and get success.

**What you get in the Box:**
You will find your printed roof, printed walls, banner flag and accessories easy and safe to handle giving you many years of dependable service when used properly.
**Caution Note:**
Carefully read through the entire instruction manual, watch our Youtube channel video’s on how to erect and use our Fabric products and other products, and read this Warranty before using your new Gazebo Printing products. Please pay attention to the cautions, and warnings below.
**Contents of a Gazebo Printing Product Carton Package**
- • Fabric Unit ( Roof, Walls etc ) in its own packaging
- • Instruction Booklet
- • Job number
**Unpacking the Carton**
Due to our proven Production techniques and Quality Control, it is highly unlikely that your Gazebo Printing product will be faulty or a part is missing. If you find anything out of place or not working as it should, do not use the product until the parts have been replaced or the problem has been rectified. Failure to do so could result in injury. Contact us immediately you discover an issue.
**Maintenance**
Gazebo Printing products are high quality and as a result, perform better with routine maintenance. We do recommend that a general inspection is performed regularly. A regular check that involves inspecting the printed roof corner stitching and the eyelets will ensure longer life.
**Cleaning**
***CAUTION***: Do not use caustic or abrasive cleaning agents to clean the products roof, or side walls. A small amount of mild detergent such as dishwashing liquid with warm water applied via a damp soft cloth is recommended.
***CAUTION***: Do not use a high powered hose or pressure washer to clean the products roof or side walls as it may damage the material and remove the various treatments applied to your roof, walls or awning.
**WARNING:** Use of incorrect or non recommended cleaning agents, techniques or chemicals may discolour, damage the underlying material or make your product fade prematurely and as result, void your warranty.
**WARNING:** Gazebo Printing Fabric items such as roof and walls are to be removed from the Oztrail frame for transportation and storage. Whilst it may be convenient to keep these fabric products on the frame for transportation and storage ( co-habitation), this may create accelerated wear and tear. Warranty claims will be void if they are as a result or suspected to be a result of co-habitation damage of the Oztrail Gazebo frame and our roof.
**Get familiar with your product**
Before using the Gazebo Printing Marquee, familiarise yourself with all of its operating features and safety requirements. Use the product only for its intended purposes.
***CAUTION***: Your Gazebo Printing product is not warranted to be a permanent structure. It is to be used as a portable and temporary shade/weather solution only. Whilst our products have superior all weather performance, it should be used with common sense and not operated in heavy weather conditions or used in a continuous manner outdoors.
**WARNING:** Use of your Gazebo Printing product as a permanent structure will cause your product to wear and fade prematurely and will void any warranty.
**Safety Requirements**
WARNING: Always lift and install the products with care and use a minimum of 2 adults ( for roofs, walls) to prevent serious personal injury and also ensure product is not dirtied or contaminated with contact with the ground..

## FAQ \| Gazebo Printing
Why has OZTrail selected you as their Official Printed Gazebo supplier
Gazebo Printing was formed specifically to develop great quality OZtrail Gazebo compatible printed fabric products. OZtrail helped us develop the product so it fits well on their frames. OZtrail also lets us have the latest frames so we have products to suit new models as well. If you want to get printing for your OZtrail gazebo, we are a safe choice. OZtrail even promote us on their own website as their official printed Gazebo supplier.
NOTE: We dont sell OZtrail Gazebo’s themselves. You need to buy them from OZtrails’ existing suppliers. Our products assume you already have an OZtrail Gazebo.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship Australia wide.
Why are your prices so affordable and such good value?
because we:
- source our products directly from our own factories;
- purchase in shipments much larger than most retailers to obtain a better price;
- do not involve or rely on any intermediaries to source our products ;
- Sell on the Internet and Telephone only which eliminates expensive retail costs.
- We dont spend huge amounts on advertising, but rely on **happy customers**, **community support & sponsorship** and **word of mouth** to promote our business
How do I place an order?
- You can order via the Internet 24 x7 x 365 days a year or via the Telephone during AEST Business Hours.
- If you wish to use the **Telephone to order**, pls call 03 9008 7217 during AEST Business Hours. Our staff are all marquee and printing experts ( and most use the products for their own enjoyment or clubs they are involved with), thus they can quote you accurately, and offer good advice as well.
- If you wish to use the **Internet to order,** we have three simple steps for ordering 24/7.
**Step1:** Browse the item you wish to purchase – by inputting the keyword in the search file located on the top right of the home page, or click on our “mega menu” system to find the products you are interested in. When you have found the products you would like to purchase, simply click the “Add To Cart” button. You will see these items in your shopping cart now (View cart).
**Step2:** When you have finished your shopping, simply click on the Checkout button located on the top right of the page or at the bottom of your shopping cart. The website will then lead you through the process of providing delivery and payment details.
Can I cancel or change my order once the order is confirmed?
Yes, you can cancel or change your order before you submitted the payment. We only proceed your order once the payment has been confirmed. You may get payment reminder emails from us if you have ordered and not paid. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your order.
Why would all the items in my shopping cart no longer become available when I check out?
Our stock is managed on a first check out – first sold basis. If the item you have selected is no longer available when you check out , that means someone has completed the check out before you.
Why could my order be canceled before I paid for my order?
Your order will be canceled and the item returned to our inventory if we could not confirm your payment within 5 business days after you have placed your order . But usually we will notify you via email or phone before we cancel your order.
How do I check my order status?
Once we have confirmed your payment, we will dispatch your order ASAP. Note that order dispatch timeframes are based on what you have ordered. Tracking information will then be sent to your billing email address you supplied us, or you may find the tracking information from your account.
Where can I find my previous orders records?
Simply log-in your account, then click on “Sign In”, all previous orders you have made will be shown .
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank Transfer/Deposit, Cheque, PO, Visa or Master Cards, and Bank/Business cheque. (No personal cheques)
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all our prices are GST included + Postage ( if you selected postage).Pickup is no cost. Free Shipping is offered at times.
What if I am a competitor and checking out your website?
As we are a market leader and innovator, our competitors try to copy a lot of things we do. Luckily we log IP addresses, web site page access and track email identity ownership via various internet tools to catch people who are trying to violate our copyrights and intellectual property. NOTE: All of our content and images are copyright. Never know, you may even get emails with our job vacancies if you visit enough.
When will you ship out my order?
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after we have confirmed your payment and the items are in stock. If you have ordered a custom production item, such as printing, then typically your order will not be shipped till your custom production items are completed, and then we ship all items to you in one shipment. What Warranty terms and Repair/Replace facilities do you offer?
Our Warranty is typically industry leading and we were the innovator of the Long Duration warranty, and also the Printing Warranty we now offer on our printed marquee’s/gazebo’s and banner flags. Others may be copying us in some manner, but nothing replaces the solid engineering and quality materials we use.
Our Fabric Material Warranty is a manufacturers warranty and is designed to protect you from any manufacturing defects of the product. It can be found here. [PRODUCT WARRANTY](https://mountain-shade.neto.com.au/warranty). The Fabric Material warranty is a manufacturers warranty designed to protect you from manufacturers defects as well, but due to being fabric, is not included in the full metal frame warranty period. Remember, to claim on the warranty, you need to be able to demonstrate that you have been using the product correctly and in the right weather conditions as per Warranty Applicability section of the Product Warranty. Believe us when we say “we know our product”, as its been tested in some of the most difficult and demanding weather conditions all over Australia, thus we know its well designed and suitable for Australian conditions, hence it carries the Australian Standards certification rating.
Our Printing Warranty can be found here. [PRINTING WARRANTY](https://mountain-shade.neto.com.au/warranty). Please remember that our Printing Warranty has conditions as to how to use our printed marquee’s and banner flags to ensure that you can make a warranty claim.
All of our [WARRANTY](https://mountain-shade.neto.com.au/warranty) is based on the fact that our marquee’s and banner flags and printing are temporary structure items and are not warranted to be left outside as a semi-permanent or permanent structure or during inclement or dangerous weather conditions. This is common sense to most people, but we explicitly mention this for the purposes of warranty clarity.
To repair or replace a Gazebo Printing product you have purchased, you need to satisfy Gazebo Printing that you have used it as per the Product Warranty requirements, and make the claim within the timeframes specificed in the Product Warranty requirements. Photo’s etc are very helpful, as are explanations. We are very fair and reasonable when it comes to warranty claims, as our product doesn’t break very often. You submit your Warranty claim via our warranty email address: warranty@gazeboprinting.com.au
Do you offer Refunds?
Yes, we do, as per any responsible supplier. Our Refund Policy is simple. We refund if the product you purchased is not as described. We donot refund for change of mind or convenience.

Gazebo Printing Australia is a part of Mountain Shade. Mountain Shade has become one of the biggest in Australia, large format printers of marquees, gazebos , printed table runners/covers and flags. We formed Gazebo Printing Australia ( we call ourselves Gazebo Printing ) to support our co-operation agreement with OZtrail. Gazebo Printing is a specialised manufacturer of AFFORDABLE QUALITY Marquee or Gazebo Custom Roofs, Walls, Banners and Flag printing at the best value for money available for selected manufacturers Gazebo/ Outdoor Shade products and frames . We proudly sell compatible printed roofs and walls for OZtrail Deluxe Gazebos and support the OZtrail range of products.
We have multiple printing machines we use to print for ourselves, and also for other signage and marquee companies. Dye Sublimation printing is a high-end commercial printing method that produces true continuous tones deeply embedded into fabric fibres. It is a customisation method that uses heat and high pressure to transfer colour in gas form from a pre-printed substrate (similar to a photo) deeply permeating the fibres of the receiving fabric with precision. We use professional grade inks and machinery so it delivers life-like results onto fabric for a striking finish.
Dye sublimation relies on the use of modern polymer-based synthetic fabrics for the chemical bonding process. When heat and pressure are applied during the sublimation process, the ink sublimates from the paper to the fibres of the special fabric, creating an inseparable bond that is extremely durable, flexible, UV resistant, impervious to chemicals like chlorine/bleach, and has none of the weaknesses of other methods like screen printing or PVC/Vinyl printing.

Mediation under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the Victorian Law Institute Mediation services. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
#### Miscellaneous
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria Australia, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.
