Our Basic Graphic Design service ( included in all our printed products) assumes you have prepared the graphic design artwork to a suitable standard – so that we can check it for production readiness and quality. If we need to make any adjustments etc to this pre-prepared work performed by you or your own graphic designer, that is included in our basic service.

Our Basic Graphic Design service assumes you have performed the following:

Customer Supplied Design File Requirements
  • Use Mountain Shade supplied template ( see below)

  • Vector images for logo’s and text

  • PDF without trim, crop or registration marks

  • All files to be CMYK, not RGB

  • All fonts converted to outlines (paths/curves)

  • Embed all images and elements

  • Files to be 100% scale unless otherwise specified

  • Bleed as per template

 

Resolution & Colour
  • Bitmap images no less than 130 DPI at full size
    Pantone Colours

  • If required Pantone colours must be supplied
    from the PANTONE+ Solid Coated library

  • Please upload your files up to 200MB during
    the ordering process

If creating your own artwork/design is too difficult and you are pushed for time and resources, we can take the hassle out and get your OzTrail Printing done properly. We can become your Graphic Designer and take your idea’s and convert them into reality.

When you select the “Professional Graphic Design” option during checkout, you get the following Professional Graphic Design Service Inclusions

We will do for you:

  1. Consult and ask for your logos and design idea’s. We do this via Phone and Email.

  2. Convert simple logo’s into Vector images from Bitmap. Complex logo rebuilding may attract additional fees

  3. We will produce a sample design called a Mockup and send it to you via Email.

  4. We can make changes and revisions ( reasonable amount – not unlimited ). Accept it when you are happy.

  5. We will communicate to you proactively through the whole process

  6. We will guide you to get the best outcomes for your printing project.
